November 5, 2023We called at 7:30 in the morning about our furnace leaking Carbon Monoxide. Phil answered immediately and within the hour was at our house to diagnose the problem. We ended up deciding to replace our aging furnace instead of repairing it. Within the day the Holmin team had installed the new furnace, and we were able to put away our army of borrowed space heaters. Throughout the process we felt very informed of alternatives and costs involved. They did a great job and definitely went the extra mile to make sure everything was done right. They weren't even working on the AC, but when they were done, our coolant line had been insulated as a bonus. 🙂 I'd call these guys anytime for any HVAC needs in the future. Thanks!

They were very responsive with their communication, and even scheduled me next day after I confirmed that I wanted to use them to add more return vents in my basement. They were very reasonable. Their work area was clean. When I got the bid, Phil went above and beyond to ensure he gave me good recommendations to prevent mold in my basement again. They were very respectful and reliable to interact with. I am very happy with their services and would definitely use them again!

A/C was operated across normal range and all is ready to go. We also received some tips on how to optimize our cooling. I appreciated the quick timely availability to complete the sevice.

We can’t say enough good things about Holmin Heating & Cooling! Phil gave us an honest assessment of our HVAC system last winter after some other questionable quotes and recommendations from other companies. He was very approachable, honest, and responsive to questions. The project was completely very efficiently and for a price significantly lower than competitors in the area. We will be recommending to everyone we know as it is such a relief to know that such a big investment was done well with absolutely no stress.

Phil Holmin has been great ever since we moved in to our house 4 years ago. When we need him on short notice, he has been able to accommodate us in his schedule to get our furnace up and running when it's super cold outside! Since it is over 20 years old, we will probably be replacing soon and he will be who we go through!
