Phil is outstanding and very professional. He took my call at 6:30 AM when my heat was out. The temperature outside was -4 and he understood the sense of urgency. In 2 hours, my furnace was up and running and he was on his way. I’d recommend him without hesitation.

Had Holmin Heating & Cooling come out today for an air conditioner tune-up and was very satisfied with their service. Phil came out and did a thorough check and a test run to verify the unit is good for another season. He even chased out a little mouse who had built a nest in the unit over the winter - a good reminder not to cover your air conditioner during the winter. The little critter hadn't done any damage yet but would surely chew the wiring in the future. Great job Phil and thanks.

Holmin Heating (Phil) arrived earlier than scheduled, answered all my questions throughly & performed the service on my A/C unit with professionalism & complete confidence. No small financial feat. However, Phil said he could try to repair it first, which he was able to (thank goodness!), and we had cool air flowing in the house within 15 minutes for a fraction of the cost of buying a new AC! We are still going to replace the AC unit but now we can save up for it! Thank you so much Phil! I will be definitely be going to Holmin for our new AC unit!

Phil continues to be “the guy” to call!! Our CO detectors went off alerting my tenants which scared them!! Phil was able to advise on having the tenants leave the house, turn off the furnace and hot water heater, open windows and came by in just a few short hours to do a complete check of the appliances for safety. All aspects of the AC service provided surpassed my expectations. This includes a next day early morning appt, fast resolution of the AC problem, and at a very fair price. Phil was great to work with and I will call him again for any HVAC problems in the future.

Phil and his team replaced our AC and furnace this week, and installed two smart thermostats. They did a fantastic job AND they filed all of the rebates for us. It couldn't have been any easier for us. We would HIGHLY recommend them!
