Phil is extremely knowledgeable about different types of issues. He came in and solved a problem he had never seen before and was not intuitive at all. He is very kind, prompt, and was even nice to my family as he did his work. He even taught me a thing or two about furnaces as I asked him endless questions the whole time (I am a bit of a nerd with this stuff). Would trust him to do any work in the future!

My gas was off due to a fire and Mr. Holmin was the only 1 of 3 HVAC to call me back the same day and he made time early the next day to come out and do the necessary repairs to get my gas back on. They were very responsive with their communication, and even scheduled me next day after I confirmed that I wanted to use them to add more return vents in my basement. They were very reasonable. Their work area was clean. When I got the bid, Phil went above and beyond to ensure he gave me good recommendations to prevent mold in my basement again. I highly recommend Holmin Heating and Cooling. I called Holmin Heating and Cooling to get a second opinion on why our AC wasn’t working. Phil returned my call quickly was able to make it to my house same day, even though it was late afternoon when I first spoke with him. He was able to figure out the problem and repair in about 30 minutes. As far as cost - it was 1/10th the price of what the other company was going to charge!
