Phil was a lifesaver with our broken furnace today. He made time to come take a look at it, got a part ordered and had it fully repaired by the end of the day. He also searched out our warranty options to cover the cost of the parts needed. He was so professional, fair, knowledgeable and just great to work with. Phil gave us an honest assessment of our HVAC system last winter after some other questionable quotes and recommendations from other companies. He was very approachable, honest, and responsive to questions. The project was completely very efficiently and for a price significantly lower than competitors in the area. Amazing service!! I called in this morning around 1030am with a non-working AC unit and thermostat reading 84 degrees. (Not to mention I’m 41 weeks pregnant!) Within an hour I was squeezed in and had a working AC unit with only 1 part needing replacement. Total life saver!! Recommend fully!!

Positive: Professionalism , Punctuality , Quality , Responsiveness Phil made sure to address my furnace issues the same day I called him. I've worked with him in the past and he's very reliable. This most recent time, the motor on my furnace stopped working. Phil came to my house within a few hours and replaced it. I definitely recommend Holmin Heating & Cooling. A/C was operated across normal range and all is ready to go. We also received some tips on how to optimize our cooling. I appreciated the quick timely availability to complete the sevice.
