Phil was awesome to work with! We had an air exchanger that was not working but needed to be repaired before moving out of our home. Initially I went to a different company for help but they ended up diagnosing the problem incorrectly and their quote to repair the exchanger was 4x the price it should have been. I called Holmin to get a second opinion and he was quick to respond, did a bunch of research on finding parts for my exchanger, and made time during his busy season to help us out in a super timely manner. In the end he fixed our exchanger for a very fair price and beat our deadline for closing on the house by a few weeks. I will recommend Holmin to anyone who has HVAC needs in the future!

Holmin Heating (Phil) arrived earlier than scheduled, answered all my questions throughly & performed the service on my A/C unit with professionalism & complete confidence. Phil didn’t try to sell me anything extra, as many other HVAC contractors tend to do. It’s a pleasure interfacing with a company that is honest, truthful & friendly.

All aspects of the AC service provided surpassed my expectations. This includes a next day early morning appt, fast resolution of the AC problem, and at a very fair price. Phil was great to work with and I will call him again for any HVAC problems in the future.

Phil is extremely knowledgeable about different types of issues. He came in and solved a problem he had never seen before and was not intuitive at all. He is very kind, prompt, and was even nice to my family as he did his work. He even taught me a thing or two about furnaces as I asked him endless questions the whole time (I am a bit of a nerd with this stuff). Would trust him to do any work in the future!

They were very responsive with their communication, and even scheduled me next day after I confirmed that I wanted to use them to add more return vents in my basement. They were very reasonable. Their work area was clean. When I got the bid, Phil went above and beyond to ensure he gave me good recommendations to prevent mold in my basement again. I experienced an issue where my furnace would not start. After searching for local HVAC professionals, I decided to contact Holmin. Phil came out the same day and corrected the issue. When my furnace started acting up again today, Phil was at my house within 30 minutes with a replacement part and had the furnace up and running again. He even tested the CO levels to be sure the unit was operating safely. Phil was very knowledgeable, professional and timely. I highly recommend!
