Holmin Heating was great to work with. No sales pressure; just a thorough assessment of what we needed and a reasonable quote for what they could do to meet our needs. They are very knowledgeable about the HVAC industry and very helpful in sizing a replacement system. Everything looked and worked perfectly when they were done with the installation. They cleaned up our furnace room and hauled away the old equipment. We would recommend them to friends and family.

Had Holmin Heating & Cooling come out today for an air conditioner tune-up and was very satisfied with their service. Phil came out and did a thorough check and a test run to verify the unit is good for another season. He even chased out a little mouse who had built a nest in the unit over the winter - a good reminder not to cover your air conditioner during the winter. The little critter hadn't done any damage yet but would surely chew the wiring in the future. Great job Phil and thanks.

If you want personable, knowledgeable, HONEST service, then look no further. Literally. Holmin Heating and Cooling is it! We thought we were going to have to replace our AC Unit. No small financial feat. However, Phil said he could try to repair it first, which he was able to (thank goodness!), and we had cool air flowing in the house within 15 minutes for a fraction of the cost of buying a new AC! We are still going to replace the AC unit but now we can save up for it! Thank you so much Phil! I will be definitely be going to Holmin for our new AC unit!

Amazing service!! I called in this morning around 1030am with a non-working AC unit and thermostat reading 84 degrees. (Not to mention I’m 41 weeks pregnant!) Within an hour I was squeezed in and had a working AC unit with only 1 part needing replacement. Total life saver!! Recommend fully!!

Phil was great! He helped me out when I was in a really tough spot. He came out and replaced my blower at a very reasonable price and was out the next day. He answered a lot of my questions and was a very friendly guy. It’s always good to have a technician who has been in the field for many years instead of just a number of months. Phil was awesome to work with! We had an air exchanger that was not working but needed to be repaired before moving out of our home. Initially I went to a different company for help but they ended up diagnosing the problem incorrectly and their quote to repair the exchanger was 4x the price it should have been. I called Holmin to get a second opinion and he was quick to respond, did a bunch of research on finding parts for my exchanger, and made time during his busy season to help us out in a super timely manner. In the end he fixed our exchanger for a very fair price and beat our deadline for closing on the house by a few weeks. I will recommend Holmin to anyone who has HVAC needs in the future!

Our A/C quit working over the 4th of July weekend, and it was soooo hot. We called Phil and he was out the same day. He was honest, sympathetic and quick! He was so fairly priced. I can’t say thank you enough, Phil!!!
