We had the Holmin team replace both or furnace and AC with new Carrier units. The team was extremely punctual, courteous and detailed oriented. The new system is better balanced, providing more consistent temperature, quieter, and more energy efficient just like Holmin said. The Holmin team processed our energy company and carrier rebates very timely. Holmin’s pricing was better than competitors and with their level of quality and customer service we are absolutely thrilled with the new system and process. Holmin Heating was great to work with. No sales pressure; just a thorough assessment of what we needed and a reasonable quote for what they could do to meet our needs. They are very knowledgeable about the HVAC industry and very helpful in sizing a replacement system. Everything looked and worked perfectly when they were done with the installation. They cleaned up our furnace room and hauled away the old equipment. We would recommend them to friends and family.

Phil Holmin has been great ever since we moved in to our house 4 years ago. When we need him on short notice, he has been able to accommodate us in his schedule to get our furnace up and running when it's super cold outside! Since it is over 20 years old, we will probably be replacing soon and he will be who we go through!

Wonderful experience replacing HVAC - it is a large investment but I felt like the company had my best interest at heart and really impressed with the entire project - finished all in one day. Rebates were taken care by the company and was a very easy process as the customer. Highly recommend! 👍
