They were very responsive with their communication, and even scheduled me next day after I confirmed that I wanted to use them to add more return vents in my basement. They were very reasonable. Their work area was clean. When I got the bid, Phil went above and beyond to ensure he gave me good recommendations to prevent mold in my basement again. They were very respectful and reliable to interact with. I am very happy with their services and would definitely use them again!

Phil Holmin has been great ever since we moved in to our house 4 years ago. When we need him on short notice, he has been able to accommodate us in his schedule to get our furnace up and running when it's super cold outside! Since it is over 20 years old, we will probably be replacing soon and he will be who we go through!

Our experience with Phil and his team at Holmin H&C was excellent. Our new furnace was installed on time, at the agreed-upon price, and with corrections from previous work done without any extra charges. Now, that's different, isn't it! The team took great care to keep our basement clean and left no debris behind. All the details including permitting and rebate submission were handled in a timely manner. Decided it was time to make sure everything was working efficiently with the hot stretch coming. Phil came out as scheduled in a few days and completed the tuneup. A/C was operated across normal range and all is ready to go. We also received some tips on how to optimize our cooling. I appreciated the quick timely availability to complete the sevice.

When my furnace started acting up again today, Phil was at my house within 30 minutes with a replacement part and had the furnace up and running again. I highly recommend Holmin Heating and Cooling. I called Holmin Heating and Cooling to get a second opinion on why our AC wasn’t working. Phil returned my call quickly was able to make it to my house same day, even though it was late afternoon when I first spoke with him. He was able to figure out the problem and repair in about 30 minutes. As far as cost - it was 1/10th the price of what the other company was going to charge!

Wonderful experience replacing HVAC - it is a large investment but I felt like the company had my best interest at heart and really impressed with the entire project - finished all in one day. Rebates were taken care by the company and was a very easy process as the customer. Highly recommend! 👍
