Phil and his wife have been nothing short of phenomenal. I remember when we were in need of a new furnace and AC, we touched base on a Sunday for a bid. But first, he informed us that he needed to stop and care for one of his elderly customers, which told my wife and I all we needed to know. November 16, 2021Phil was awesome to work with! We had an air exchanger that was not working but needed to be repaired before moving out of our home. Initially I went to a different company for help but they ended up diagnosing the problem incorrectly and their quote to repair the exchanger was 4x the price it should have been. I called Holmin to get a second opinion and he was quick to respond, did a bunch of research on finding parts for my exchanger, and made time during his busy season to help us out in a super timely manner. In the end he fixed our exchanger for a very fair price and beat our deadline for closing on the house by a few weeks. I will recommend Holmin to anyone who has HVAC needs in the future!

Phil gave us an honest assessment of our HVAC system last winter after some other questionable quotes and recommendations from other companies. He was very approachable, honest, and responsive to questions. The project was completely very efficiently and for a price significantly lower than competitors in the area. Phil was able to make it to our house within hours of our A/C going out. This was especially important given the heat wave we were experiencing. He had it up and running within 30 minutes. Hands down the best HVAC service we've ever had for a very reasonable price.

Wonderful experience replacing HVAC - it is a large investment but I felt like the company had my best interest at heart and really impressed with the entire project - finished all in one day. Rebates were taken care by the company and was a very easy process as the customer. Highly recommend! 👍

Realized yesterday during the 80 degree heat that our air conditioning had stopped working. Sent a message to Holmin early this morning and Phil called me shortly after. He said he would try to get out today or tomorrow at the worst case, but he was at my house about 3 hours later! Replaced a failed capacitor and had our air conditioner working again in about 25 minutes. Great service, great company. Would definitely call again for any repairs!

June 26, 2024I hired Holmin Heating & Cooling to replace my forced air furnace and central AC. They quoted a price that was very reasonable, showed up on time, completed the work in less than a day, and cleaned up after they were done. The work they did looks really nice. They also installed a programmable wifi thermostat and helped me download the correct app on my phone and set it up, and showed me how to operate the thermostat, as well as how to operate it using the phone app. They are very nice people and were happy to answer all my questions. I couldn't be happier.
