Phil was a lifesaver with our broken furnace today. He made time to come take a look at it, got a part ordered and had it fully repaired by the end of the day. He also searched out our warranty options to cover the cost of the parts needed. He was so professional, fair, knowledgeable and just great to work with. We had our regular company out to do our A/C tune up. Were told that 2 parts were broken and should be replaced. They informed that it would just be best to replace the whole A/C unit. Our quotes from them for parts were very high along with the cost of a new A/C when we weren’t expecting it. Called Holmin for a second opinion and was able to get parts at a very reasonable price. He even came out to make sure that the parts actually needed to be replaced and talked through the options with my husband. He never tried to sell us a new A/C or take advantage of us. He was very honest and reliable. The fix was quick and he kept us updated through the process of ordering parts and scheduling. We will definitely be using him again and would recommend him to everyone.

Phil is extremely knowledgeable about different types of issues. He came in and solved a problem he had never seen before and was not intuitive at all. He is very kind, prompt, and was even nice to my family as he did his work. He even taught me a thing or two about furnaces as I asked him endless questions the whole time (I am a bit of a nerd with this stuff). Would trust him to do any work in the future!

Wonderful experience replacing HVAC - it is a large investment but I felt like the company had my best interest at heart and really impressed with the entire project - finished all in one day. Rebates were taken care by the company and was a very easy process as the customer. Highly recommend! 👍

Phil instilled confidence from his first visit. He was professional, honest, and knowledgeable. My old system was shot and would need replaced. Although it was clear his team was pretty booked up, he fit me into his schedule and at a price significantly lower than another bid I’d gotten.
