We can’t say enough good things about Holmin Heating & Cooling! Phil gave us an honest assessment of our HVAC system last winter after some other questionable quotes and recommendations from other companies. He was very approachable, honest, and responsive to questions. The project was completely very efficiently and for a price significantly lower than competitors in the area. We will be recommending to everyone we know as it is such a relief to know that such a big investment was done well with absolutely no stress.

Phil Holmin has been great ever since we moved in to our house 4 years ago. When we need him on short notice, he has been able to accommodate us in his schedule to get our furnace up and running when it's super cold outside! Since it is over 20 years old, we will probably be replacing soon and he will be who we go through!

Phil is ALWAYS super responsive, even if it is just a call for new furnace filters. They are delivered first thing to my doorstep the next day! Best business guy, I know as far as follow through, and trustworthiness.

Realized yesterday during the 80 degree heat that our air conditioning had stopped working. Sent a message to Holmin early this morning and Phil called me shortly after. He said he would try to get out today or tomorrow at the worst case, but he was at my house about 3 hours later! Replaced a failed capacitor and had our air conditioner working again in about 25 minutes. Great service, great company. Would definitely call again for any repairs!

They were very responsive with their communication, and even scheduled me next day after I confirmed that I wanted to use them to add more return vents in my basement. They were very reasonable. Their work area was clean. When I got the bid, Phil went above and beyond to ensure he gave me good recommendations to prevent mold in my basement again. They were very respectful and reliable to interact with. I am very happy with their services and would definitely use them again!

Phil was awesome to work with! We had an air exchanger that was not working but needed to be repaired before moving out of our home. Initially I went to a different company for help but they ended up diagnosing the problem incorrectly and their quote to repair the exchanger was 4x the price it should have been. I called Holmin to get a second opinion and he was quick to respond, did a bunch of research on finding parts for my exchanger, and made time during his busy season to help us out in a super timely manner. In the end he fixed our exchanger for a very fair price and beat our deadline for closing on the house by a few weeks. I will recommend Holmin to anyone who has HVAC needs in the future!
