I can't speak highly enough of this company. Holmin squeezed me into their schedule on the hottest day of the year. John was so kind, yet professional. He figured out what was wrong and not only fixed the problem, but did other details to make sure everything was running top notch. The thing I want most from a company is honesty and integrity. August 23, 2023I had an issue with my furnace not keeping up to temp when outside air temps were below average. I contacted Holmin and Phil was at my door within the hour. Not only was Phil professional and knowledgeable, he also took the time to educate me with what he had done and why. The next day showed similar defaults as before and Phil was back that afternoon to take additional actions resulting in a perfectly tuned furnace.

Could not have been better! Answered my call after hours, came to measure at my convenience, and had a furnace and humidifier installed by 1pm Monday afternoon. Professional and considerate, and the price was excellent. Highly recommended.

December 6, 2023We called at 7:30 in the morning about our furnace leaking Carbon Monoxide. Phil answered immediately and within the hour was at our house to diagnose the problem. We ended up deciding to replace our aging furnace instead of repairing it. Within the day the Holmin team had installed the new furnace, and we were able to put away our army of borrowed space heaters. Throughout the process we felt very informed of alternatives and costs involved. They did a great job and definitely went the extra mile to make sure everything was done right. They weren't even working on the AC, but when they were done, our coolant line had been insulated as a bonus. 🙂 I'd call these guys anytime for any HVAC needs in the future. Thanks!

Phil Holman came out to our house about 1/2 hour after I called asking for a quote to replace our heating and air conditioning system - very impressive! His quote arrived about an hour later via email. Based on his positive reviews and reasonable quote, it was an easy decision to make. Today was installation day. They were knowledgeable and focused on getting the job done, professional yet friendly, respectful and patient answering our questions. Holmin Heating & Air Conditioning was definitely the right choice for us.

Holmin Heating replaced our furnace after it failed in February within 2 days, helping us out of a bind. They did a fabulous job, were neat, polite, helpful, instructive, and made significant improvements to our existing system. We could not be more pleased. And the price was as cheap or cheaper than most of the others.

December 8, 2021I experienced an issue where my furnace would not start. After searching for local HVAC professionals, I decided to contact Holmin. Phil came out the same day and corrected the issue. When my furnace started acting up again today, Phil was at my house within 30 minutes with a replacement part and had the furnace up and running again. He even tested the CO levels to be sure the unit was operating safely. Phil was very knowledgeable, professional and timely. I highly recommend!

Phil was awesome to work with! We had an air exchanger that was not working but needed to be repaired before moving out of our home. Initially I went to a different company for help but they ended up diagnosing the problem incorrectly and their quote to repair the exchanger was 4x the price it should have been. I called Holmin to get a second opinion and he was quick to respond, did a bunch of research on finding parts for my exchanger, and made time during his busy season to help us out in a super timely manner. In the end he fixed our exchanger for a very fair price and beat our deadline for closing on the house by a few weeks. I will recommend Holmin to anyone who has HVAC needs in the future!
