Had Holmin Heating & Cooling come out today for an air conditioner tune-up and was very satisfied with their service. Phil came out and did a thorough check and a test run to verify the unit is good for another season. He even chased out a little mouse who had built a nest in the unit over the winter - a good reminder not to cover your air conditioner during the winter. The little critter hadn't done any damage yet but would surely chew the wiring in the future. Great job Phil and thanks.

Phil was great! He helped me out when I was in a really tough spot. He came out and replaced my blower at a very reasonable price and was out the next day. He answered a lot of my questions and was a very friendly guy. It’s always good to have a technician who has been in the field for many years instead of just a number of months. Phil was such a professional and is the definition of customer service. I called him asking for a quote and explained my situation after having a different company come out to test my furnace and advising I not run it and get a new one asap. Less than 6 hours later he was in my house and doing a tune up and test. Everything checked out completely fine and he talked me through everything so I was able to understand exactly what he was looking at and doing. Would highly recommend!
