We called at 7:30 in the morning about our furnace leaking Carbon Monoxide. Phil answered immediately and within the hour was at our house to diagnose the problem. We ended up deciding to replace our aging furnace instead of repairing it. Within the day the Holmin team had installed the new furnace, and we were able to put away our army of borrowed space heaters. Throughout the process we felt very informed of alternatives and costs involved. They did a great job and definitely went the extra mile to make sure everything was done right. They weren't even working on the AC, but when they were done, our coolant line had been insulated as a bonus. 🙂 I'd call these guys anytime for any HVAC needs in the future. Thanks!

I had an issue with my furnace not keeping up to temp when outside air temps were below average. I contacted Holmin and Phil was at my door within the hour. Not only was Phil professional and knowledgeable, he also took the time to educate me with what he had done and why. Decided it was time to make sure everything was working efficiently with the hot stretch coming. Phil came out as scheduled in a few days and completed the tuneup. A/C was operated across normal range and all is ready to go. We also received some tips on how to optimize our cooling. I appreciated the quick timely availability to complete the sevice.
