Phil was very knowledgeable and super nice! He gave me good advice and was honest about what I needed done (which ended up being nothing). I will call Holmin Heating and Cooling in the future when I need service. I would have tipped him for his time and knowledge, but I only had the one big bill to pay for the service.

October 26, 2023Phil was awesome to work with! We had an air exchanger that was not working but needed to be repaired before moving out of our home. Initially I went to a different company for help but they ended up diagnosing the problem incorrectly and their quote to repair the exchanger was 4x the price it should have been. I called Holmin to get a second opinion and he was quick to respond, did a bunch of research on finding parts for my exchanger, and made time during his busy season to help us out in a super timely manner. In the end he fixed our exchanger for a very fair price and beat our deadline for closing on the house by a few weeks. I will recommend Holmin to anyone who has HVAC needs in the future!

Positive: Professionalism , Punctuality , Quality , Responsiveness Phil made sure to address my furnace issues the same day I called him. I've worked with him in the past and he's very reliable. This most recent time, the motor on my furnace stopped working. Phil came to my house within a few hours and replaced it. I definitely recommend Holmin Heating & Cooling. We have been using Holmin Heating & Cooling for at least 10 years and can't speak highly enough of Phil and his work. We have recommended him to numerous friends and neighbors over the years and he never disappoints. Last week we had a new heating/AC unit installed to replace our 22 year old unit. Phil's son Nick took care of the install and we are once again very pleased with the high level of service. These folks are not only expert at what they do, they are also extremely nice and personable. We will continue to use the Holmin's in the future and recommend their services!

Decided it was time to make sure everything was working efficiently with the hot stretch coming. Phil came out as scheduled in a few days and completed the tuneup. A/C was operated across normal range and all is ready to go. We also received some tips on how to optimize our cooling. I appreciated the quick timely availability to complete the sevice.

I experienced an issue where my furnace would not start. After searching for local HVAC professionals, I decided to contact Holmin. Phil came out the same day and corrected the issue. When my furnace started acting up again today, Phil was at my house within 30 minutes with a replacement part and had the furnace up and running again. He even tested the CO levels to be sure the unit was operating safely. Phil was very knowledgeable, professional and timely. I highly recommend!

Phil came to our house same day and had our A/C running very quickly, despite it being hectic at our house and our two toddlers being a handful. Highly recommend their services!
