We had our regular company out to do our A/C tune up. Were told that 2 parts were broken and should be replaced. They informed that it would just be best to replace the whole A/C unit. Our quotes from them for parts were very high along with the cost of a new A/C when we weren’t expecting it. Called Holmin for a second opinion and was able to get parts at a very reasonable price. He even came out to make sure that the parts actually needed to be replaced and talked through the options with my husband. He never tried to sell us a new A/C or take advantage of us. He was very honest and reliable. The fix was quick and he kept us updated through the process of ordering parts and scheduling. We will definitely be using him again and would recommend him to everyone.

Phil was a lifesaver with our broken furnace today. He made time to come take a look at it, got a part ordered and had it fully repaired by the end of the day. He also searched out our warranty options to cover the cost of the parts needed. He was so professional, fair, knowledgeable and just great to work with. I hired Holmin Heating & Cooling to replace my forced air furnace and central AC. They quoted a price that was very reasonable, showed up on time, completed the work in less than a day, and cleaned up after they were done. The work they did looks really nice. They also installed a programmable wifi thermostat and helped me download the correct app on my phone and set it up, and showed me how to operate the thermostat, as well as how to operate it using the phone app. They are very nice people and were happy to answer all my questions. I couldn't be happier.
