This is the second time I have used Phil and he never disappoints. My AC unit decided it was taking the 4th of July off as well. I called Phil at 6:10am on the 5th to see if he could come out. I am writing this review at 9:40am and it is already repaired and blowing cold!!! Thanks Phil for the great price and service!!! Cant recommend him enough!!!

Holmin Heating replaced our furnace after it failed in February within 2 days, helping us out of a bind. They did a fabulous job, were neat, polite, helpful, instructive, and made significant improvements to our existing system. We could not be more pleased. And the price was as cheap or cheaper than most of the others.

I experienced an issue where my furnace would not start. After searching for local HVAC professionals, I decided to contact Holmin. Phil came out the same day and corrected the issue. When my furnace started acting up again today, Phil was at my house within 30 minutes with a replacement part and had the furnace up and running again. He even tested the CO levels to be sure the unit was operating safely. Phil was very knowledgeable, professional and timely. I highly recommend!

Decided it was time to make sure everything was working efficiently with the hot stretch coming. Phil came out as scheduled in a few days and completed the tuneup. A/C was operated across normal range and all is ready to go. We also received some tips on how to optimize our cooling. I appreciated the quick timely availability to complete the sevice.

I hired Holmin Heating & Cooling to replace my forced air furnace and central AC. They quoted a price that was very reasonable, showed up on time, completed the work in less than a day, and cleaned up after they were done. The work they did looks really nice. They also installed a programmable wifi thermostat and helped me download the correct app on my phone and set it up, and showed me how to operate the thermostat, as well as how to operate it using the phone app. They are very nice people and were happy to answer all my questions. I couldn't be happier.

We had a very bad experience previously with a big company trying to scare us into spending $8,000 for a full furnace and AC replacement. I called Phil Holmin for a second opinion and he set me straight and let me know none of that was necessary. I am SO Thankful for the Holmin company, they came out and fixed the part we needed replaced quickly and for an incredibly reasonable cost. If you want personable, knowledgeable, HONEST service, then look no further. Literally. Holmin Heating and Cooling is it! We thought we were going to have to replace our AC Unit. No small financial feat. However, Phil said he could try to repair it first, which he was able to (thank goodness!), and we had cool air flowing in the house within 15 minutes for a fraction of the cost of buying a new AC! We are still going to replace the AC unit but now we can save up for it! Thank you so much Phil! I will be definitely be going to Holmin for our new AC unit!

Holmin Heating & Cooling recently replaced our furnace, installed a smart thermostat, and replaced some parts for our AC. From start to finish, the experience was great. Phil and his team were professional, prompt, and beat others on price. We will do all of our HVAC work with them moving forward.
