Very pleased we chose Holmin to replace our furnace and AC. We got estimates from 5 companies. From Holmin there were no cheesy sales tactics--just the facts, and a very good price for a high efficiency furnace and AC. The work was done on time and the installation looks great. All permits, registration, and rebates from the power and gas companies were taken care of. Great service from this smaller family-owned company. Highly recommend.

Phil and his team replaced our AC and furnace this week, and installed two smart thermostats. They did a fantastic job AND they filed all of the rebates for us. It couldn't have been any easier for us. We would HIGHLY recommend them!

Phil continues to be “the guy” to call!! Our CO detectors went off alerting my tenants which scared them!! Phil was able to advise on having the tenants leave the house, turn off the furnace and hot water heater, open windows and came by in just a few short hours to do a complete check of the appliances for safety. Phil was very knowledgeable and super nice! He gave me good advice and was honest about what I needed done (which ended up being nothing). I will call Holmin Heating and Cooling in the future when I need service. I would have tipped him for his time and knowledge, but I only had the one big bill to pay for the service.

I highly recommend Holmin Heating and Cooling. I called Holmin Heating and Cooling to get a second opinion on why our AC wasn’t working. Phil returned my call quickly was able to make it to my house same day, even though it was late afternoon when I first spoke with him. He was able to figure out the problem and repair in about 30 minutes. As far as cost - it was 1/10th the price of what the other company was going to charge!

All aspects of the AC service provided surpassed my expectations. This includes a next day early morning appt, fast resolution of the AC problem, and at a very fair price. Phil was great to work with and I will call him again for any HVAC problems in the future.

He figured out what was wrong and not only fixed the problem, but did other details to make sure everything was running top notch. The thing I want most from a company is honesty and integrity.
