Could not have been better! Answered my call after hours, came to measure at my convenience, and had a furnace and humidifier installed by 1pm Monday afternoon. Professional and considerate, and the price was excellent. Highly recommended.

Holmin Heating was great to work with. No sales pressure; just a thorough assessment of what we needed and a reasonable quote for what they could do to meet our needs. They are very knowledgeable about the HVAC industry and very helpful in sizing a replacement system. Everything looked and worked perfectly when they were done with the installation. They cleaned up our furnace room and hauled away the old equipment. We would recommend them to friends and family.

Phil was awesome to work with! We had an air exchanger that was not working but needed to be repaired before moving out of our home. Initially I went to a different company for help but they ended up diagnosing the problem incorrectly and their quote to repair the exchanger was 4x the price it should have been. I called Holmin to get a second opinion and he was quick to respond, did a bunch of research on finding parts for my exchanger, and made time during his busy season to help us out in a super timely manner. In the end he fixed our exchanger for a very fair price and beat our deadline for closing on the house by a few weeks. I will recommend Holmin to anyone who has HVAC needs in the future!

Phil was a lifesaver with our broken furnace today. He made time to come take a look at it, got a part ordered and had it fully repaired by the end of the day. He also searched out our warranty options to cover the cost of the parts needed. He was so professional, fair, knowledgeable and just great to work with. I received four quotes for a heating and A/C install and went with Holmin because they offered a competitive price (they also offered a cash discount, and honored their original quote when they knew it might not be a month or two until I had the money to pay for the install -- others told me a 15-20% price increase was looming) and told me exactly what I needed. I had an air exchanger that needing fixing as well and Holmin was the only one that said they could repair it instead of charging $3K-$6K to replace it. Today was the install and they happened to have the spare part that was needed to fix the air exchanger (a mere grommet). They also did a fine job with the furnace install. They're coming back in a week or two to replacement my A/C. I highly recommend them.

I had an issue with my furnace not keeping up to temp when outside air temps were below average. I contacted Holmin and Phil was at my door within the hour. Not only was Phil professional and knowledgeable, he also took the time to educate me with what he had done and why. The next day showed similar defaults as before and Phil was back that afternoon to take additional actions resulting in a perfectly tuned furnace.

Phil was such a professional and is the definition of customer service. I called him asking for a quote and explained my situation after having a different company come out to test my furnace and advising I not run it and get a new one asap. Less than 6 hours later he was in my house and doing a tune up and test. Everything checked out completely fine and he talked me through everything so I was able to understand exactly what he was looking at and doing. Would highly recommend!

Phil is ALWAYS super responsive, even if it is just a call for new furnace filters. They are delivered first thing to my doorstep the next day! Best business guy, I know as far as follow through, and trustworthiness.

Phil gave us an honest assessment of our HVAC system last winter after some other questionable quotes and recommendations from other companies. He was very approachable, honest, and responsive to questions. The project was completely very efficiently and for a price significantly lower than competitors in the area.
