Phil is outstanding and very professional. He took my call at 6:30 AM when my heat was out. The temperature outside was -4 and he understood the sense of urgency. In 2 hours, my furnace was up and running and he was on his way. I’d recommend him without hesitation.

They are very knowledgeable about the HVAC industry and very helpful in sizing a replacement system. Everything looked and worked perfectly when they were done with the installation. Holmin Heating & Cooling recently replaced our furnace, installed a smart thermostat, and replaced some parts for our AC. From start to finish, the experience was great. Phil and his team were professional, prompt, and beat others on price. We will do all of our HVAC work with them moving forward.

I can't speak highly enough of this company. Holmin squeezed me into their schedule on the hottest day of the year. John was so kind, yet professional. He figured out what was wrong and not only fixed the problem, but did other details to make sure everything was running top notch. The thing I want most from a company is honesty and integrity. August 23, 2023I experienced an issue where my furnace would not start. After searching for local HVAC professionals, I decided to contact Holmin. Phil came out the same day and corrected the issue. When my furnace started acting up again today, Phil was at my house within 30 minutes with a replacement part and had the furnace up and running again. He even tested the CO levels to be sure the unit was operating safely. Phil was very knowledgeable, professional and timely. I highly recommend!

August 27, 2020I had an issue with my furnace not keeping up to temp when outside air temps were below average. I contacted Holmin and Phil was at my door within the hour. Not only was Phil professional and knowledgeable, he also took the time to educate me with what he had done and why. The next day showed similar defaults as before and Phil was back that afternoon to take additional actions resulting in a perfectly tuned furnace.

Phil and his team did an outstanding job from the initial meeting, scheduling a date and the installation of a new AC and furnace. The work was done professionally, they cleaned up and explained everything about the unit and maintenance. I would highly recommend Holmin and use them for future work.
