We called at 7:30 in the morning about our furnace leaking Carbon Monoxide. Phil answered immediately and within the hour was at our house to diagnose the problem. We ended up deciding to replace our aging furnace instead of repairing it. Within the day the Holmin team had installed the new furnace, and we were able to put away our army of borrowed space heaters. Throughout the process we felt very informed of alternatives and costs involved. They did a great job and definitely went the extra mile to make sure everything was done right. They weren't even working on the AC, but when they were done, our coolant line had been insulated as a bonus. 🙂 I'd call these guys anytime for any HVAC needs in the future. Thanks!

Phil gave us an honest assessment of our HVAC system last winter after some other questionable quotes and recommendations from other companies. He was very approachable, honest, and responsive to questions. The project was completely very efficiently and for a price significantly lower than competitors in the area. We will be recommending to everyone we know as it is such a relief to know that such a big investment was done well with absolutely no stress.

Phil is extremely knowledgeable about different types of issues. He came in and solved a problem he had never seen before and was not intuitive at all. He is very kind, prompt, and was even nice to my family as he did his work. He even taught me a thing or two about furnaces as I asked him endless questions the whole time (I am a bit of a nerd with this stuff). Would trust him to do any work in the future!
