Discovered that my humidifier was running water constantly and shut off the water system. This will save me on my monthly water bill! Phil instilled confidence from his first visit. He was professional, honest, and knowledgeable. My old system was shot and would need replaced. Although it was clear his team was pretty booked up, he fit me into his schedule and at a price significantly lower than another bid I’d gotten. We had a very bad experience previously with a big company trying to scare us into spending $8,000 for a full furnace and AC replacement. I called Phil Holmin for a second opinion and he set me straight and let me know none of that was necessary. I am SO Thankful for the Holmin company, they came out and fixed the part we needed replaced quickly and for an incredibly reasonable cost. Phil continues to be “the guy” to call!! Our CO detectors went off alerting my tenants which scared them!! Phil was able to advise on having the tenants leave the house, turn off the furnace and hot water heater, open windows and came by in just a few short hours to do a complete check of the appliances for safety.
