Efficient, professional and economical! I was afraid my almost 20-yr old A/C unit would need to be replaced, but Phil said all it needed was a new fan motor and he had it up and running cold in no time. Will always use Holmin for any future heating or cooling needs. Thank you!

June 1, 2020I experienced an issue where my furnace would not start. After searching for local HVAC professionals, I decided to contact Holmin. Phil came out the same day and corrected the issue. When my furnace started acting up again today, Phil was at my house within 30 minutes with a replacement part and had the furnace up and running again. He even tested the CO levels to be sure the unit was operating safely. Phil was very knowledgeable, professional and timely. I highly recommend!

The quality of the work, the friendliness of the team, great communication and showing up when they said they were going to be here along with a great price made this a truly fantastic experience. November 8, 2020Realized yesterday during the 80 degree heat that our air conditioning had stopped working. Sent a message to Holmin early this morning and Phil called me shortly after. He said he would try to get out today or tomorrow at the worst case, but he was at my house about 3 hours later! Replaced a failed capacitor and had our air conditioner working again in about 25 minutes. Great service, great company. Would definitely call again for any repairs!

Our experience with Phil and his team at Holmin H&C was excellent. Our new furnace was installed on time, at the agreed-upon price, and with corrections from previous work done without any extra charges. Now, that's different, isn't it! The team took great care to keep our basement clean and left no debris behind. All the details including permitting and rebate submission were handled in a timely manner. I was very happy to work with the Holmins and would strongly recommend them to others in the south metro area.

Phil Holman came out to our house about 1/2 hour after I called asking for a quote to replace our heating and air conditioning system - very impressive! His quote arrived about an hour later via email. Based on his positive reviews and reasonable quote, it was an easy decision to make. Today was installation day. They were knowledgeable and focused on getting the job done, professional yet friendly, respectful and patient answering our questions. Holmin Heating & Air Conditioning was definitely the right choice for us.
