Excellent experience and prompt communication for replacement of my furnace and A/C. All three crew members were professional and courteous. I appreciated flexibility with scheduling due to a delay in basement waterproofing completion. Love to support a local, family owned and run business.

Phil is extremely knowledgeable about different types of issues. He came in and solved a problem he had never seen before and was not intuitive at all. He is very kind, prompt, and was even nice to my family as he did his work. He even taught me a thing or two about furnaces as I asked him endless questions the whole time (I am a bit of a nerd with this stuff). Would trust him to do any work in the future!

We called at 7:30 in the morning about our furnace leaking Carbon Monoxide. Phil answered immediately and within the hour was at our house to diagnose the problem. We ended up deciding to replace our aging furnace instead of repairing it. Within the day the Holmin team had installed the new furnace, and we were able to put away our army of borrowed space heaters. Throughout the process we felt very informed of alternatives and costs involved. They did a great job and definitely went the extra mile to make sure everything was done right. Phil and his team replaced our AC and furnace this week, and installed two smart thermostats. They did a fantastic job AND they filed all of the rebates for us. It couldn't have been any easier for us. We would HIGHLY recommend them!

All aspects of the AC service provided surpassed my expectations. This includes a next day early morning appt, fast resolution of the AC problem, and at a very fair price. Phil was great to work with and I will call him again for any HVAC problems in the future.

Our experience with Phil and his team at Holmin H&C was excellent. Our new furnace was installed on time, at the agreed-upon price, and with corrections from previous work done without any extra charges. Now, that's different, isn't it! The team took great care to keep our basement clean and left no debris behind. All the details including permitting and rebate submission were handled in a timely manner.
